Carol has worked for East Pennsboro Ambulance Service for over 20 years and as Office Manager. In 2011, Carol transitioned into semi-retirement focusing her responsibilities on daily financial recording for the ambulance service She is very knowledgeable about the ambulance service, and insurance reimbursement. Carol not only works full time for the Ambulance, but also volunteers her time and energy to the annual East Pennsboro Emergency Services Carnival and is involved with the ambulance’s participation in the Pennsboro Pumpkin Fest each year. Carol has lived in East Pennsboro Township for over 40 years and enjoys giving back to the community.

Chief Beck began his career as a volunteer with the organization while attending the Emergency Medical Technician Program at Harrisburg Community College at the same time as attending Penn State University working toward a degree in criminal justice. Chief Beck became a full time career staff member with the organization in 1995 and later accepted the administrative position of Chief of Operations in 1997. Chief Beck is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization. Daily operations include: the maintaining of quality staffing for both the emergency and non-emergency divisions, ensuring all fleet vehicles are in proper mechanical order, continual policy review and enforcement, provide support for the emergency medical services division during periods of high call volume, and maintain positive working relationships with our customers, vendors and other EMS organizations. |
